1. Acceptance and Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to access product purchasing features or purchase seeds from Seeds Locker. By using the Services or placing an order, you represent that you are at least 21, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and are not prohibited from using the Services under applicable law.

We may request age, identity, payment, or order-verification information. We may refuse or cancel service when reasonably necessary to comply with law, prevent fraud, protect the Company or others, enforce these Terms, or address suspected misuse.

2. Seeds and Product Status

Seeds are sold as ungerminated seeds and collectible genetic material. They are not sold for ingestion, consumption, or any unlawful purpose. Product descriptions concerning lineage, phenotype, potency, flowering time, yield, growing characteristics, or similar traits are informational and may be supplied by breeders or other third parties.

No sale, listing, shipping confirmation, breeder description, or other communication constitutes permission, authorization, or legal advice regarding germination, cultivation, possession, transfer, or use.

3. Your Legal Responsibilities

By using the Services or purchasing products, you represent and agree that:

• You are at least 21 years old.
• You have independently reviewed the federal, state, territorial, tribal, county, and municipal laws that apply to you and the delivery address.
• You will not germinate, cultivate, possess, transfer, distribute, or use any product in violation of applicable law.
• You are solely responsible for obtaining any license, registration, approval, or authorization required by your jurisdiction.
• You will not rely on product availability, shipment, website content, customer-service communication, or Grow Ops content as a legal opinion.
• You accept responsibility for your decisions and conduct after a product is delivered to you.

Seeds Locker does not encourage or assist violations of federal, state, territorial, tribal, or municipal law. We may decline to answer questions or provide assistance where a request appears to involve unlawful conduct.

4. Orders and Product Information

You are responsible for reviewing your cart, product selections, pack sizes, quantities, billing information, shipping information, and contact details before submitting an order. Please contact us promptly if you discover an error. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after processing or shipment begins.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may limit quantities, reject duplicate or suspicious orders, correct pricing or inventory errors, substitute an expressly approved item, or cancel and refund an unavailable item.

Product images are illustrative. Natural products and breeder packaging may vary in appearance. Prices, promotions, freebies, inventory, product descriptions, and policies may change without notice. A promotion cannot be combined, extended, or applied retroactively unless we expressly state otherwise.

5. Payments and Fraud Prevention

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and billing information. You authorize Seeds Locker and its payment processors to process the charges associated with your order, including applicable shipping and taxes.

Payment processing may be provided by third parties, including Authorize.Net. We do not control a payment processor’s independent privacy, security, or service practices.

We may use fraud-prevention tools, request verification, delay fulfillment, cancel an order, or restrict an account when an order appears unauthorized, fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with these Terms. Before initiating a chargeback, please contact us so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, address errors, holidays, security reviews, inventory issues, and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

You are responsible for supplying a complete and deliverable address. Seeds Locker is not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect, incomplete, inaccessible, or unauthorized delivery address supplied by you.

A carrier’s delivery scan may be used as evidence of delivery. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, check with household members, neighbors, the carrier, and the local post office, then contact Seeds Locker promptly so the matter can be reviewed.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Due to the nature of seeds and collectible genetic products, purchases are generally final sale and are not eligible for ordinary returns or exchanges. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

If an order is missing an item, contains the wrong item, arrives damaged, or presents another fulfillment issue, contact info@seedslocker.com with your order number and relevant details. We will review the situation and may, as appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, refund, return label, or another resolution.

Any discretionary accommodation does not create an ongoing obligation to provide the same accommodation in other cases.

8. Genetics and Germination Disclaimer

Seeds are biological products. Seeds Locker does not guarantee germination, viability, phenotype, sex, genetic expression, potency, yield, flowering time, harvest date, disease resistance, uniformity, or any particular growing result unless a written policy expressly states otherwise.

Breeder information and reported characteristics are estimates or descriptions, not warranties. Outcomes may be affected by age, storage, handling, environment, equipment, technique, pests, disease, nutrition, climate, legality, and other conditions outside our control.

Germination-related requests may be subject to breeder-specific policies. Seeds Locker may decline cultivation assistance when providing it could reasonably involve or facilitate activity prohibited by applicable law.

9. Grow Ops and Educational Content

Grow Ops, articles, product descriptions, lineage information, calculators, artificial-intelligence features, plant-analysis features, customer-service messages, and other content are provided for general educational, organizational, and entertainment purposes.

This content may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, generated by software, supplied by third parties, or unsuitable for your circumstances. It is not legal, medical, agricultural, safety, engineering, or professional advice. You are responsible for independently evaluating information before acting on it.

No statement on the Services is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Products sold as seeds are not intended for ingestion or human or animal consumption.

10. Accounts and User Content

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

When you submit reviews, photographs, grow reports, comments, messages, or other content, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate law, privacy, intellectual-property rights, or these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you create, but grant Seeds Locker a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and promote the Services. We may moderate, reject, restrict, or remove content that violates these Terms or creates legal, security, or operational risk.

11. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Purchase for a person who is under 21 or otherwise prohibited.
• Provide false identity, age, billing, shipping, or payment information.
• Commit fraud, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, or promotional abuse.
• Interfere with security, availability, servers, networks, or other users.
• Introduce malware, scrape restricted data, probe vulnerabilities, or bypass access controls.
• Copy, resell, impersonate, or misuse Seeds Locker branding or content.
• Harass, threaten, exploit, or violate the rights of another person.
• Use Grow Ops or website content to facilitate unlawful conduct.

We may suspend or terminate access, cancel orders, preserve evidence, or cooperate with lawful requests when we reasonably believe misuse has occurred.

12. Intellectual Property

The Services, including their software, code, design, text, graphics, logos, product presentation, databases, photographs, videos, interfaces, and original content, are owned by or licensed to Seeds Locker and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except for ordinary personal use of the Services, no content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, reverse engineered, or used to create a competing service without prior written permission. Breeder names, breeder artwork, product names, and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.

13. Third-Party Services

The Services may link to or depend on payment processors, shipping carriers, hosting providers, app stores, social networks, breeders, analytics providers, or other third parties. Seeds Locker does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, terms, privacy practices, security, delays, or conduct.

Your use of a third-party service may be governed by separate terms between you and that third party.

14. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Seeds Locker disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, and results, except where such disclaimers are prohibited by law.

We do not warrant that the Services will always be available, error-free, secure, current, or compatible with every device, browser, plugin, network, or third-party service.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seeds Locker and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost business, crop loss, genetic outcomes, legal consequences, or loss arising from unlawful use.

Where liability cannot be excluded, the aggregate liability of Seeds Locker arising from a particular order or use of the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to Seeds Locker for the product or service giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires a different remedy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Seeds Locker and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, penalties, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful conduct, breach of these Terms, misuse of the Services, violation of another person’s rights, or use of products after delivery.

17. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law applies or applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Cook County, Illinois, unless applicable law provides you with a nonwaivable right to bring the matter elsewhere.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect legal, regulatory, operational, product, security, or business changes. Updated Terms become effective when posted unless a different effective date is stated.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, application, account, or email when appropriate.

19. General Provisions

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain effective.

Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our written consent.

These Terms, together with policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement concerning the subject matter addressed here and supersede prior or contemporaneous communications on that subject.
